Let’s Talk Tidy Went on Vacation

A few weeks ago, I took a much needed break from work, and life, and travelled around the Mediterranean with my daughter.

We had the best time exploring Italy, France, Malta and Spain, and I can honestly say not one of them disappointed. The heat on the other hand was something we’d never experienced before, but I’m not here to moan!

But, apparently, I don’t completely switch off from organising…even when I’m on holiday!

Walking around the beautiful cities, villages and ports, I couldn’t help but notice the little details around me…spotting colours, patterns, displays and beautiful buildings wherever I went. Everything seemed to be speaking my Let’s Talk Tidy language.

My company colour palette - pinks, soft greens, beige, browns and neutrals, seemed to be following me around the Mediterranean!

From the beautiful Gaudi buildings in Barcelona, to the pretty walls and shutters of Portofino, colourful coasters in Malta, and even ice lollies in Palma. I kept spotting colours that felt very Let’s Talk Tidy!

It made me realise just how much colour, pattern and visual calm can influence how we feel about a space. These little moments caught my eye throughout our travels and reminded me that inspiration is everywhere if you look for it.
