Lucy came into my chaotic home with a non-judgmental attitude and a plan of attack! She methodically worked through my endless kitchen cupboards that were filled to the rafters! She was calm and kind and my kitchen is now a more functional space for us all to use - we even found a lot of stuff we forgot we had (including 5 phones!!)
