Mental health challenges can affect any of us at any time. How we respond to them can have a huge impact on our ability to move forward.

Many of the clients I have worked with say they just don’t know where to start, my advice is always the same, we start off small.

There are many reasons why clients come to me for help, but feeling overwhelmed is often the main one.
Feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed, guilty, stressed, mentally and physically drained, are words I hear over and over. I’m no super woman, but I do work hard, and pride myself in being supportive
and non-judgemental with every client I work with.
I know from client feedback that at the end of our decluttering sessions they feel calmer, more organised and that they can breathe again.
